OUR QUALITY PROCEDURE
QA Team visit the circle on shortest notice, at least 25% sites installed are visited with APM/PM. Quality of workmanship is shown to APM/PM, Required if any is done and re-photographed and teams are briefed about the same.
Senior management person if same or senior level of Circle project head visit along with CPH, circle office where by inspecting all records and living standards of people at office. They meet all Customer and take view on how their problem is being looked after and frequency of meeting to understand difficulties of customer.
Same is reported to CMD on ASAP after the tour.
With upcoming new technology (of 3G) in India, We are fully geared up to undertake the new project in this arena.
